• The 1st month Tuition is due with the one time $35 registration fee upon Enrollment. (registration fee is per family)
  • Tuition is due the 25th of each month.
  • A $15 late fee is added after the 5th of each month.
  • If the annual tuition is paid in advance (by September 30th) a 10% discount will be given.
  • Tuition is based on a budgeted program  - operating for nine months September - May, instead of the number of classes in a month.
  • A 10% discount will be given to each additional child in the family.
  • A 10 % discount will be given to all college students with proof of enrollment.
  • A $35 charge for all returned checks.
  • ALL tuition and fees are non-refundable.
  • The full monthly tuition is due regardless of attendance
  • Notification of withdrawal must be submitted in writing one month in advance to office (not teacher).
  • The office must be notified in advance of absences, make-up classes, and any requests to switch class days.
  • Dancers who do not drive must wait inside the studio lobby until a parent /guardian picks them up.
  • Dancer shall adhere to the dress code. There are no exceptions.
  • Students must arrive to class with hair in a neat bun, in the correct color leotard, and tights with no holes! And don't forget your ballet slippers!
  • Dance attire specific for levels will be outlined in the school packet to be picked up in the office.
  • Dancer shall wear hair pulled back, secured off the face. Hair must be in a bun for ALL ballet classes.
  • No jewerly of any kind in class other than stud earrings are allowed.
  • No talking is allowed in class except for inquiries to the teacher. A teacher may remove the Dancer or ask him/her to sit out the remainder of the class for misbehavior.
  • Dancer shall maintain a respectful attitude toward teachers, parents, and fellow dancers at all times.
  • Dancer may not eat or chew gum in class. No food or drinks are allowed in the studios. Dancers may bring water in non-breakable, sealed bottles.
  • ALL cell phones MUST be turned OFF when in the studio.
  • Dancer should not bring any valuables to the school. The school is not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen items.
  • Dancer shall devote his or her best effort and good faith, and shall devote full time as necessary to performance of Dancer's duties in accordance with the highest artistic, professional, personal, and physical standards.
  • We hold our school to a high standard and we expect our students to respect all teachers and fellow students.
  • The students of the Ballet Academy will participate in an annual recital in the Spring. Times and location announced during school year.
  • All tuition and fees must be paid in full in order for students to perform.
  • Rehearsals will be held within the class period.
  • There will be a dress rehearsal in the theater the day of or before the recital.
  • Recitals require teamwork, so please make sure you are fully capable of committing to the full class time required.
  • Recital and Costume fees will be outlined in your school packet to be picked up in the office.
